How this list is built

Only verified Disha profiles that list Journalism and mass communication are shown here: the official registers do not say which institutions teach it.
A listing in the AISHE directory of the Ministry of Education is not a recognition. Each row names the regulator lists it appears in, so check the approval for your course with that regulator.
Government or private is the management a register states. Where no register states it, the row says so.
Order: verified Disha profiles first, then institutions ranked in NIRF 2025 (best rank in any category), then the rest, those named by more official registers first, then A to Z. This is not a quality ranking.
