SATHEE Portal: Free Coaching for JEE, NEET, CUET; Seven States Onboard

Seven states including Punjab, Haryana, and Jammu and Kashmir have joined the government's SATHEE portal, which offers free coaching for competitive and board exams. Students from government schools, rural areas, and economically weaker sections will get guidance from senior IIT and AIIMS students along with study materials.
Expansion of SATHEE Portal Across States
Seven states including Punjab, Haryana, and Jammu and Kashmir have already connected with the SATHEE portal. Other states such as Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and Jharkhand will join soon. Developed under the National Education Policy 2020, the platform aims to provide quality free coaching.
- States currently joined: Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, and four others (total 7 states).

Target Students and Focus Areas
According to a senior official from the education department, the roadmap for free coaching is designed keeping in mind geographical factors, economically weaker sections, and rural and remote students. The main focus will be on connecting government school students, and assistance from panchayats will also be taken.
Mentorship and Learning Features
Senior students from IITs and AIIMS will serve as mentors to help candidates prepare. Students can receive personalised guidance and advice through live sessions, with daily focus on problem-solving and conceptual understanding.
